Gujarati Pickles well known as ATHANA and ACHAR is very delicious and each and every Gujarati family of the world is came across to this spicy-Khat mitthie mango products. Now Mango season is on and we have made home made base DABDA KA ACHAR. Means Dabda nu Athanu.
Dabda Athana is very delicious and it's made by cutting mango in four parts up to bottom portion but not ti the last bottom so that mango remain intact, then we have to fill mathi and other masala in mago and keep it for four days so that inner side of mango will absorb all the Mathi Masala. So when we eat it will have superb test of mango.
There is no brand , such things only take place in new Mango season.
